    This wine reveals a bright and alluring garnet color as it’s swirled in your glass. The aromatics range from black currants, cranberries and cedar to whiffs of mocha, vanilla and then followed by subtle undertones of graphite earthiness. Upon tasting, this vintage layers your palate with flavors reminiscent of brambleberry, cherry-plums, seasoned oak, green olives, worn leather and grenadine.

    Cara Mia, Reserve 2020

    This wine is hand-crafted to showcase the beauty derived from a meticulous, blending process. It has had both increased barrel and bottle aging, to soften its bold tannins and maximize its character, depth and balance. Its bouquet offers lovely aromas of dried, dark cherry, light smokey-aged wood, savory herbs, blueberries and has hints of cinnamon. Cara Mia will pair wonderfully with grilled red meat such as wild game sausages, roasted duck breasts or venison.

    This Chardonnay delivers the three “C’s” — classic, clean, and crisp. Pale straw in color, it surprises with beautiful depth and complexity. Delicate aromas of honeysuckle, dried apricot, lemon grass, jasmine, quince, and green apple rise from the glass. On the palate, it offers a full, concentrated mouthfeel with subtle notes of stone fruit, caramel, and a touch of vanilla, all lifted by a lively, youthful acidity.

    Fiano, Estate 2024

    This lovely wine shines with bright clarity and a soft, golden hue. Its bouquet is aromatic with restrained hints of citrus, pippin apples and honeysuckle, as well as a slight touch of scorched almonds and whiffs of jasmine. On the palate, it presents a refined balance of fruit and acidity, achieving a harmony that is both smooth and refreshingly crisp. While not fruit forward nor bone dry, this wine delights from the first taste to its lingering, smooth finish. It’s a versatile wine that complements both antipasto and a wide variety of seafood entrées.

    Our port is unfiltered with a dull brick color and powerful aromas of ripe cherry, chocolate, butterscotch and raisins.  This decadent dessert wine opens with gripping flavors of caramel, golden apple, vanilla and butterscotch leading to a long, lingering finish reminiscent of toasted nuts.  Pair with pecan pie, chocolate walnut brownies, roasted nuts, or even a sharp cheese like cave-aged blue.

    Sangiovese, Estate 2020

    Ruby red in color with brilliant clarity, this wine has been a favorite from Solis Winery for years. It displays a savory and herbal depth that opens beautifully. Its satisfying bouquet offers dark, wild berry nuances accompanied by whiffs of green peppercorns and fresh cranberry tartness. Delicious when paired with red-sauced, soppressata/pepperoni pizza, Ribollita (Tuscan stew) or grilled wild game sausages

    Seducente, Reserve 2020

    Deep garnet in color, this vintage is appealing in so many different directions. A bouquet of wild raspberries, plums, wood shavings, black pepper and floral undertones of muted jasmine tease your senses. A complex wine that showcases the best of each varietal hand-selected for this blend. Flavor profiles such as root vegetables, blueberries, pistachios and notes of dried herbs bring a distinctive character to this vintage. The tannins are tamed by the oak-barrel aging which also produces a lovely, lingering finish.

    Our 2021 Estate Syrah is a true standout. Its deep garnet color hints at the elegance within each glass. The nose is rich and inviting, opening with smoky maple and savory bacon aromas, followed by layers of olallieberry pie, ripe pomegranate, dark chocolate, cracked pepper, and seasoned oak. Medium-bodied and beautifully balanced, this Syrah marries bright, juicy fruit with subtle oak influence.
  • Vino Roseo

    Vino Ròseo di Sangiovese 2023

    A crisp and refreshing bouquet of pomegranate, cranberry, grenadine and green apple opens up to captivating flavors such as white peach, rhubarb, sun-dried apricots and roasted cashews. Lovely legs appear with swirling, releasing further enticing aromas of strawberry fields and Morello sour cherries. This wine delivers a tasting profile that complements a wide variety of cuisine from Melon and Prosciutto appetizers to Sushi platters, Margherita pizzas and Seafood paella.
