Baciami, Reserve 2016

Deep, dark red to violet in color, this wine has powerful aromas of plum, blackberries, blueberries and hints of coffee. Full bodied and soft on the palate, it has opening flavors of blueberries with subtleties of eucalyptus, black pepper and mint, leading to a long finish of rich, dark chocolate and toasty mocha. Serving suggestions: pulled pork sandwiches, smoked brisket, chicken and waffles, maple bacon grass-fed burger, and grilled pork chops with sweet onion.

Merlot, Estate 2016

Dark red with deep aromas of cherry, boysenberry and rhubarb with hints of dust, graphite and maple. Firm acidity and balanced tannins give this wine a noticeable mouth feel. Flavors of cherry, raspberry and orange peel are followed by a medium-long finish resembling toasted nuts. We suggest serving this Merlot with French dip sandwiches, smoked salmon, Rocca’s cheddar-jalapeno sausage, and carnitas tacos.

Seducente, Reserve 2016

This Super-Tuscan translated means “seductive”. It appears bright ruby red and opens with soft aromas of blackberry, strawberry, eucalyptus and a subtle herbaciousness. Mild and balanced acidity, it has flavors reminiscent of red plum and dark berry, leading to an addictive, dark-chocolaty finish. Serve with chicken mole, Texas-style ribs, pasta Bolognese, pan-seared filet mignon, and Cambozola cheese.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Estate 2016

Strawberry and black cherry with tamarind and cinnamon spice. Dried fig with a touch of plum sauce and a little eucalyptus. An herbal element of oregano, tarragon and dried bay leaf add complexity and depth. Soft tannins, a balanced acid structure and an excellent finish. This wine drinks well on its own, or pair with hard cheeses, spiced lamb dishes, or roasted poultry.

Cara Mia, Reserve 2015

A blend of the finest Bordeaux grapes from our region, ruby red and sparkling clear, this wine opens with aromas of ripe plum, cassis, sweet peppers and hints of graphite. Medium bodied on the palate, it has flavors resembling raspberry, plum, cherry, tobacco and a hint of orange peel. It has a medium-length creamy vanilla and toasted nut finish. Serve with pepper steak sandwiches, blue cheese stuffed grilled hamburger and lamb kabobs.

Zinfandel, Estate 2015

A combination of red and black cherry, with dark plum, tart raspberry, and a bit of blackberry on the nose. Dark chocolate with cherry candy, rose petals, raspberry leaf, and dried savory herbs show up on the palate. A hint of pepper with soft tannins and tons of complexity. A great wine to compliment barbeque sauces, grilled meats, duck dishes, and strong cheese.

Sangiovese, Estate 2016

Baked cherry pie with red apple and raspberry candy on the nose with a touch of dried leaves. Fruit leather and dried hibiscus on the palate, with dried herbs and nice acids that would compliment food well. Well balanced and a long finish, this wine would pair well with hard cheese or pork dishes.

Chardonnay, Estate 2018

Crisp and refreshing, this Chardonnay shows lots of fresh citrus with lemon, lime, and grapefruit. Green apple, and yellow peach, with a tropical element of pineapple that lingers on the palate. A touch of juniper and cut grass, with a bit of crème fraîche and food friendly structure. A great wine to enjoy on its own or with seafood salads, Chinese food, and chicken.

Fiano, Estate 2018

Best of Show, Double Gold Medal, Central Coast Wine Competition

The Fiano grape is indigenous to Southern Italy and produces this lovely, clean, refreshing varietal. Crisp and refreshing with fresh lemon and lychee on the nose. Pineapple and grapefruit shine on the palate with a bright minerality. Notes of lemongrass and a touch of white pepper add complexity. Drink on it’s own, or pair with crab cakes and dishes with champagne vinaigrette dressing.

Vino Roseo di Sangiovese 2018

A beautiful rosé produced primarily with Sangiovese grape. Stunningly rose gold in color this friendly wine opens with aromas of grapefruit, nectarine, strawberry and guava. Slightly sweet, a weighty viscosity and light acidity on the palate, it has flavors of white plum, strawberry and pineapple and a lingering red-fruit finish. Pair this wine with red curry, etouffee, fried calamari, sweet & sour pork, spicy tuna poke, pork tenderloin with peach compote, and fruit.
