Terms and Conditions I understand and agree that I will receive quarterly wine selections that will automatically be billed to my credit card account listed above at a price determined by Solis Winery; and that I may cancel my membership at any time after taking the first selection provided written notice is received by Solis Winery at least 10 days prior to the subsequent selection. If I choose to have the wine selection shipped to me, I agree to pay the flat rate shipping fee in addition to the cost of the wine
ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE SOLD IN CALIFORNIA AND TITLE PASSES TO THE BUYER. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines into any state outside California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old, and the person to whom your wines will be delivered is at least 21 years old. Wines may be sold and delivered only to persons who are 21 years old. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving delivery may be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years.
