Our Rhone blend pronounced (bah-chah-mee). Slightly dull dark red to garnet in appearance, it has complex aromas of ripe plum, tobacco, cinnamon and sweet oak. Silky and smooth on the palate with soft tannins, this wine opens with flavors of leather and plum, leading to a meaty quality, and a long vanilla finish. Best served with stuffed mushrooms, turkey scallopini, grilled lamb chops, kielbasa and grilled top sirloin covered in sautéed mushrooms.

Red cherry and cranberry with spiced plum, baking chocolate and a touch of caramel on the nose. Stewed tomato and red plum with a hint of fresh herbs on the palate, A great accompaniment to roasted lamb, braised meat dishes, or roasted eggplant. Sweet cherry with elements of cinnamon, coconut and baking chocolate on the nose. A well integrated herbal note with a hint of mesquite smoke and white pepper. This Meritage is a blend of the finest Bordeaux grapes from our region. Baked plum with cranberry, toasted marshmallow, and dried orange peel. Notes of sweet Italian herbs such as tarragon, oregano and coriander. On the palate, this wine shows pomegranate, baked cherry and baking spices, with a touch of toasted marshmallow. Layers of complexity and smooth tannins with a lingering finish. Decanting recommended. 357 cases produced.

Our merlot is slightly dull garnet to brick red in color. It opens with aromas resembling dried cherry with a heavy bouquet of brown sugar and sweet toasted oak. Soft and supple on the palate, this wine has opening flavors of cherry followed by a long, lingering, tannic finish of maple, toasted nuts and pie crust. Serve with bacon-wrapped beef tenderloin, fried chicken and waffles, butternut squash raviolis in brown butter, four cheese pizza and maple-glazed salmon. 386 cases produced.

This Super-Tuscan translated means “seductive”. It is a brilliant blood red color with aromas of cherry, raspberry, dust, mushrooms and a hint of red licorice, butterscotch and toasted marshmallows. Very soft on the palate, it invokes memories of cherry, raspberry and hints of sage, followed by chocolate and a crisp finish resembling flavors of toasted oak and toasted pecans. Our estate Zinfandel appears clear, light brick red. It has aromas reminiscent of stewed strawberries and brown sugar. Mild acidity, silky and medium bodied on the palate, it opens with flavors of dried fruit and rich chocolate, leading to notes of coffee, mocha and toffee. We suggest serving this wine with Viennese Style Pot Roast with dried figs, pulled pork sandwich, Moroccan couscous, smoked pork ribs with Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce and raspberry glazed ham. 344 cases produced.

Brilliant in clarity, and deep dark garnet in color. Many layers of aromas consisting of ripe berry, violets, smoke, cherry, and cloves. Entry flavors of blackberry and mushroom segue to a medium length finish of toasted oak. We recommend serving this syrah with potato cheddar soup, duck with plum sauce or Greek lamb shanks. 484 cases produced.

Fiano, Estate 2016
The Fiano grape is indigenous to Southern Italy and produces this lovely, clean, refreshing varietal. Clear and bright, our Fiano is a light gold color with green hues. Fragrant aromas resemble meyer lemon, pineapple, peach, guava and dried mango. The mouth feel is soft and rich with flavors of grapefruit, apricot and pineapple and a lingering finish reminiscent of dried mango. Serve with grilled peaches with gorgonzola and white balsamic, pineapple fried rice, grilled mahi mahi, yellow curry, fish tacos, apricot stuffed braised pork loin, and mild cheeses. 372 cases produced.

Crystal clear, light gold color; fresh, bright aromas indicative of lemons, Asian pear and pineapple. Mild, yet balanced acidity, this chardonnay has entry flavors of pear and green apple with a crisp, slightly tropical Clear pale straw color with light hints of green hues; fresh, bright aromas indicative of lemon, nectarine, green melon and honey.
